"Customer service did very well. The agent handled everything she needed to get done with professionalism. She was very polite, respectful, caring, and understanding. One thing I’ve noticed is that I’ve called a whole bunch of other insurance companies, and none of them put in as much time and effort as this company did. They even invited me to the office to meet everyone. I’ve learned that if the price is a little higher, sometimes you’re paying for quality and good service. I give this a five out of five stars and definitely recommend this insurance company to other people. They got me up and going the same day I called."

"We have recently bought a car which is a 2006 Honda Civic. Not knowing how or who to turn to i started looking through on line facts and responding of others well low and behold we found the right person. State Farm representative Addilynne . I'm not a savy when it comes to these phones now days but she was very helpful and explaining how to and where to go in this matter and she was the best at explaining in old people terms lol and I figured it out .Mrs. Addilynne helped explaining how to get our account set up and explaining how our plan worked for our budget .I couldn't be happier we even added renters insurance and we are set I love this place trust me u won't be disappointed. "Marcus & his assistant Kyla are like the real life Batman and Robin duo. They’re always there when disaster might strike, except with more liability coverage. Marcus handles my life insurance, two cars, my home, and explained everything in a way that actually makes sense without upselling me like a used car salesman. Marcus & Kyla remember my policy details better than I remember where I parked my car. If I ever burn my house down, back my car into my other one, or I spontaneously combust, I’m calling Marcus & Kyla first, probably even before 911.
